Lykaia has long lavender-purple hair down to her waist, swept-left bangs with a single white highlight, and wavy side strands of differing length. She has pale lavender wolf ears matching her hair colour, lined with white fur, and wears a small black police hat with a hole on the left ear. Light bluish-purple eyes and sharp black lashes complete the face. Her outfit is a sleek dark tactical suit that balances authority and mobility; in combat she wields a long spear, and is depicted commandeering civilian vehicles by virtue of her position.

With the Anti-Chaos Directorate (A.C.D.) shut down, the N.C.C.A. under Lykaia’s direction has become the primary force handling dangerous Chaos manifestations.
